2016 INNA CARE is born! From small offices based not far from Romford station, founders Florina and Eugen Dinsorean set the foundations for a recruitment agency with a difference.

 

2017 By year one INNA CARE has picked up it's first set of clients and continues to grow it's team into healthcare industry.

 

2019 INNA CARE starts to establish itself within Healthcare recruitment. As we gained new contracts every week, we gained new team members!

 

2018 INNA CARE announce we're expanding our business with the launch of a Doctors division to supply experienced doctors into the NHS and private hospitals! 

 

2020 INNA CARE expand into the Homecare market, delivery specialist care services to clients with complex care needs!

 

2020 There is no slowing down! Inna Care continues to grow and set's up new branch in Croydon!

 

2021 Hard work pays off! Inna Care enter the Commercial recruitment market allowing us to offer a range of staffing solutions to both candidates and clients alike!

 

2021 Throughout the pandemic, we continued to do our best by providing our services and being the agency to deliver secure testing for all our agency staff.
