Whether it’s support with daily routines, managing complex health needs, or simply being a friendly face – our mission is simple: to help people live well, safely and independently in their own homes.

A Message from Our Founder
"In founding InnaCare, I was guided by a deeply held belief: that every individual deserves to feel secure, respected, and genuinely cared for — most especially in the comfort and dignity of their own home."
My name is Florina, and my journey into the world of care began well before InnaCare formally came into existence. As a daughter, mentor, and someone deeply devoted to the wellbeing of others, I have witnessed — time and again — the profound impact that compassionate, consistent care can have on a person’s life, not merely in body, but in heart and spirit as well.
When we launched InnaCare over eight years ago, our vision was both simple and sincere:
to bring truly heartfelt, dignified care into the homes of those who need it most.
Today, we are honoured to serve families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals throughout Havering and beyond. Yet, no matter how far we extend our reach, we remain unwavering in our founding principle:
to treat every individual entrusted to our care as we would our very own loved ones.
I take immense pride in the remarkable carers who represent InnaCare — individuals of kindness, skill, and quiet dedication, who exceed expectations day after day. And I remain deeply grateful to the many families who have placed their trust in us during life’s most tender moments.
