What mental and wellbeing concerns can InnaCare help with?

We use advanced Brain Mapping and Neurofeedback technologies to support the management of a wide range of neurological and psychological concerns.

ADHD

If you want to improve attention, manage impulses more effectively, and gain better control over your mental energy levels, brain training may be an ideal solution to support you in everyday life.

Potential benefits

  • Supports neuronal activity
  • Helps balance brain energy levels
  • Supports stronger neural connections
  • May help with impulse control

Autism

For those who want to support neural connectivity, social communication, and optimise cognitive functioning, brain training may bring meaningful improvements to quality of life.

Potential benefits

  • Supports mitochondrial function
  • Supports connectivity between neurons
  • Supports communication and social behaviours
  • Supports cognitive function

Cognitive health

If you want to protect your memory, optimise brain function, and maintain mental clarity, brain training can support long-term cognitive health.

Potential benefits

  • Supports brain function
  • Supports energy in nerve cells
  • Supports memory
  • Helps maintain mental clarity

Cognitive stimulation

To stimulate cognitive function, maintain thinking skills, and support memory, brain training can be an effective and natural approach.

Potential benefits

  • Supports healthy brain function
  • Stimulates cognitive functions
  • Helps maintain thinking skills
  • Supports memory

Stress

To support cognitive function, maintain thinking skills, and slow memory decline, brain training may be a helpful and natural solution.

Potential benefits

  • Helps reduce brain inflammation
  • Stimulates cognitive functions
  • Helps maintain thinking skills
  • May help slow memory loss

Poor sleep (sleep deprivation)

For more restful sleep, stress reduction, and balancing the body’s natural rhythms, brain training can be beneficial for a healthier lifestyle.

Potential benefits

  • Helps regulate the body’s natural rhythms
  • Helps reduce stress and anxiety
  • Encourages deep relaxation
  • Supports more restful sleep

Anxiety

For more restful sleep, stress reduction, and balancing the body’s natural rhythms, brain training can be beneficial for a healthier lifestyle.

Potential benefits

  • Helps regulate natural rhythms
  • Helps reduce stress and anxiety
  • Encourages deep relaxation
  • Supports more restful sleep

Depression / Low Mood

To improve mood, reduce emotional stress, and increase energy levels, brain training can contribute significantly to your wellbeing.

Potential benefits

  • Supports endorphin and serotonin production
  • Helps balance brain activity
  • Helps improve mood
  • Helps increase energy levels

Focus & Concentration

If you want to improve mental clarity, support neuroplasticity, and stay focused on your goals, brain training may be the right solution.

Potential benefits

  • Supports neuroplasticity
  • Supports stronger neural connections
  • Helps increase mental clarity
  • Helps with effective focus

Client journey (process)

The client journey includes all key steps for identifying needs, monitoring progress, supporting improvement, and maintaining mental wellbeing, using leading technologies such as brain mapping, neurofeedback, and photobiomodulation (PBM).

Step 1 — Brain Mapping (Brain Activity Mapping)

Brain mapping is a detailed analysis of the brain’s electrical activity.

InnaCare technology
We use different technologies to gather precise data on how the brain is functioning.

AI-supported analysis
The data is interpreted with the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI), providing a clear picture of which brain areas are functioning optimally and which may need attention.

Identifying imbalances
Brain map results help us understand neural imbalances and tailor the programme.

Step 2 — Personalised programme (Neurofeedback + PBM)

Based on the brain map, we create a personalised programme that includes neurofeedback sessions alongside photobiomodulation.

Non-invasive neurofeedback: a non-invasive technique that supports self-regulation. During sessions, the client receives real-time feedback and learns to influence brainwave patterns.

Photobiomodulation (PBM): uses low-intensity light to stimulate or relax specific brain areas.

Programme length: typically a minimum of 20 personalised sessions is recommended for best results.

Step 3 — Progress monitoring (final brain mapping)

At the end of the programme, we repeat the brain mapping scan to evaluate progress and compare results against the baseline.

This final review provides a clear comparison and evidence of changes over time.

Key benefits

  • Clear, objective insight to help identify patterns and inform a personalised support plan
  • Non-invasive and comfortable, delivered in a calm and supportive environment
  • Structured and efficient pathway, using advanced technology and clear protocols
  • Designed for ongoing wellbeing support, with monitoring over time to track progress
  • Evidence-informed approach using technology that is CE-marked (and developed with reference to international research and standards)
